How We Share Your Information
- Freight brokers and shippers: we share your MC number, insurance certificate, and equipment details when booking loads on your behalf — this is essential to the dispatch service.
- Factoring companies: we submit your BOL, POD, and invoice documents to your designated factoring company after each delivery.
- Load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.): your equipment type and lane preferences may be used to search loads on your behalf.
- Payment processors: billing information is securely transmitted to our PCI-compliant payment partners.
- Service providers: we may share data with trusted vendors (CRM, email, cloud storage) under confidentiality agreements.
- Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or FMCSA/DOT regulation.
- We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention
We retain your personal and carrier information for as long as you are an active dispatch client and for 7 years after termination of services, in accordance with FMCSA record-keeping requirements and standard accounting practices. Load records, rate confirmations, and proof-of-delivery documents are retained for a minimum of 3 years. You may request deletion of non-regulatory data at any time by contacting us at legal@swifthault.com.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, access controls limited to authorised dispatch staff, and secure cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, as required under applicable law.
