How We Share Your Information

Freight brokers and shippers: we share your MC number, insurance certificate, and equipment details when booking loads on your behalf — this is essential to the dispatch service.
Factoring companies: we submit your BOL, POD, and invoice documents to your designated factoring company after each delivery.
Load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.): your equipment type and lane preferences may be used to search loads on your behalf.
Payment processors: billing information is securely transmitted to our PCI-compliant payment partners.
Service providers: we may share data with trusted vendors (CRM, email, cloud storage) under confidentiality agreements.
Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or FMCSA/DOT regulation.

Data Retention

We retain your personal and carrier information for as long as you are an active dispatch client and for 7 years after termination of services, in accordance with FMCSA record-keeping requirements and standard accounting practices. Load records, rate confirmations, and proof-of-delivery documents are retained for a minimum of 3 years. Data Security
